Porto is among seven of the eight teams, remaining in competition in quest for the Champion League’s title, who use nHANCE.
In Paris two other teams dedicated to nHANCE driven by YoYo Technology, kicked off. PSG took on FC Barcelona. The Catalans cruised to a rather easy 3-1 win, that had a spectacular goal by Barcas Luis Suarez!
Fitness24seven satsar på sina instruktörer!
Andra veckan i maj kommer vi på Spartan att utbilda 80 instruktörer från Fitness24seven i grunderna i korrekt kettlebellträning.
En del av innehållet kommer visa på skillnaden att träna med en kettlebell och kettlebellträning.
Kan låta som samma sak.. men det är som med löpning.. sprint och maraton är inte samma sak. Vi kommer lära ut säker kettlebellträning anpassad för gym-miljö.
Grundtekniker och en mängd fitnessövningar.. både för PT och gruppträning.
Totalt 80 instruktörer samlade i Malmö, Göteborg och Stockholm.
Känns roligt att vi fick privilegiet att jobba med dem.
Ibland är det inte lätt att vara profet i sin hemstad.. eller hemland
2007 kom vi igång med Spartan aktiviteterna utanför sporthallen i Linköping.
Enkla men tuffa pass
Utbildningar och olika redskap kom sedan allt eftersom. Mycket prövande, men det har alltid varit sådant vi har trott på, redskap som vi skulle vilja använda och utbildningar som vi skulle vilja gå på.
För något år sedan blev vi tillfrågade av CMS att vara leverantör till deras klubbar runt om i Sverige..
Nu i helgen kommer vi vara med på deras halvårskonvent, AMT… dels med att ställa ut men även att köra ett pass. Jag har valt att köra styrketräning med gummiband… Tror det kommer bli ett lite annorlunda gruppträningspass för de flesta
Samtidigt blir det den offentliga starten för oss som Svensk representant för nHANCE, YoYo träningen.
Inför konventet har vi tagit fram lite nytt marknads material..

Härligt initiativ tycker jag och ser man på programmet har man verkligen valt att ta träning vidare ett steg.
Spartan är medbjudna och vi kommer att köra 2 olika pass,. Kettlebell och ett utomhuspass..
jag har några månader på mig att förbereda och ta fram ett inspirerande och givande pass.
När vi är ute på det här sättet så bygger vi det mesta kring Spartan Training System, där vi vill få ihop de olika delarna i träning.. Rörlighet, Belastning, Balans och Motiv. I större klasser som det kommer bli här gäller det att få ihop delarna..
just den här typen av konvent är alltid roligt att få vara med på.. de som kommer vill verkligen träna.

A STORY ABOUT A TRUE PASSION FOR MUSCLE HEALTH.
The nHANCE™ products have evolved from more than twenty-five years of research, testing and studies in exercise physiology laboratories, and clinical and real-life environments, conducted by Dr. Per Tesch of the Karolinska Institutet, along with partners around the globe.
The main objective and research challenge was to define the ultimate method to optimize the benefits of resistance exercise training, regardless of individual needs or environment. Or, to put it differently: “Given how muscles really function, how can muscle, speed, strength and power be acquired with the least possible input of time and energy?”
From past and ongoing research the key events that triggers muscle- and neuromuscular adaptations to resistance exercise training are now rather established, not yet known and available to all. However, day by day, more knowledge is gained in this area. One such key to success is providing resistance overload during eccentric actions. Hence, the obvious challenge was to design hardware, and define exercise methods and training regimens that would provide eccentric exercise stimulus more effective and powerful than that offered by weights, motor driven devices or any other existing exercise method.
Advancement was spurred by a concurrent challenge to employ resistance exercise in space to combat muscle loss in astronauts and facilitated through an assignment by NASA. Thus, there was an urgent quest for non-gravity dependent exercise hardware simulating the physiological benefits of resistance exercise on earth.

Over the last 20 years, and following the pioneer paper describing this flywheel inertial technology, a myriad of research publications have appeared in support of this resistance exercise method.
