The GUN-eX® Hip Belt is accessory for the GUN-eX® Resistance Ropes and a part of the GUN-eX® Training System.
This accessory has special design. All the pressure is on the straps and that’s why the plastic buckle is changing the waist circumference only.
Mostly used in martial arts, MMA, Muay thai and also with ice hockey players during the conditioning or on the ice.
Creates different point of gravity on the body than harness. In MMA giving the sense like competing against the opponent. Develops the speed in lower body.
Well manufactured and reinforced with neoprene for comfortable workout. All straps are made from army materials. -

The GUN-eX® Quattro provides more resistance to every movement your train.
The set includes four GUN-eX® Resistance Ropes which can be attached to the body through two wrist cuffs and two ankle-heel cuffs. The other ends of the ropes can be anchored to a fixed object like for example a tree, wall bars of a door by a universal anchor strap.The ropes are available in two different forces:
– GUN-eX® Quattro 100 with tractive power maximum 100 N,
recommended for all sports enthusiasts with average fitnesslevel
– GUN-eX® Quattro 160 with tractive power maximum 160 N,
recommended for trained athletes with good power and condition -

Unlike the GUN-eX® Cobra Rope, which is twice the length, the GUN-eX® Rocket with a length of only
2,75 m can easily be used in small rooms. It´s maximum elongation is 6 m.
Recommended for any sports enthusiast!The GUN-eX® Rocket is available in two different sets:
– in combination with the GUN-eX® Harness
– in combination with the GUN-eX® Hip Belt
Training with the GUN-eX® Harness builds up speed and lower body strength. Focuses on muscle groups needed for speed and stamina.
The GUN-eX® Hip Belt creates a different (lower) point of gravity on the body than the GUN-eX® Harness does.
Every GUN-eX® Rocket Rope comes with 2 professional climbing carabines, one from steal for anchoring the rope and 1 from aluminum for attaching the accessories. So kann das Seil im Handumdrehen überall in der Natur, im Fitness-Club oder in der Sporthalle befestigt werden.
