The Suples Fit Ball is a unique idea that I would like to credit to the Bulgarian Bag. The last few years after we implemented the Bulgarian Bag Model -Suples Strong, I found that there were certain movements that I was inspired to implement into my workout that I couldn’t quite perform on the original Bulgarian bag model or the Suples Strong Model. For example: under arm swing, a variety of different slams and some other dynamic movements. When we implemented the strap handles on the Suples Strong model, I started playing with some movements that were made possible were a great advantage versus the original model and the Suples Strong Model. Those dynamic exercises pointed me in direction that I needed to make something smaller than the Bag, something that will help me increase the speed during training on the dynamic exercises and something that will not kill my grip the way the main handles do on the Bulgarian Bag models, the Original and the Suples Strong models.

Even though there is nothing different than any other ball, I cannot call the Suples Fit Ball a medicine ball because the system of training that you will see from it, differs from the traditional type of training that medicine balls were designed for. Off course you can do all the exercises with the medicine ball as you can on the Suples Fit Ball, but the system you will see from us is mostly to show you, the differences and the connections between the Bulgarian Bag training and the Suples Fit Ball training. For the last few years, talking with our Suples customers and fitness enthusiasts, I had to make some designs for improving the functions on the Bulgarian Bag. One of the main issues people have had with the Bulgarian Bag was with the intense grip training. I would get customers asking me: Well, my grip is dying when I train on the Bulgarian Bag, what should I do? My answer is: off course, these bags are designed and developed to kill your grip. If that is what you want, those are the bags you need to get especially the Bulgarian Bag Original Model. When we came up with the new Bulgarian Bag model Suples Strong, we implemented the strap handles. The new strap handles were design with purpose of giving your grip a brake so that you can last longer while training the dynamic moments. Because of the size of the Bulgarian Bag we were not able to do certain exercises that we can do today on the Suples Fit Ball.
The strap handles, the dimensions and the durability of the Suples Fit Ball gave us some advantage to the Bulgarian Bag, especially when we want to implement more dynamic movements, to implement more speed, train more cardio and so we can last longer with our grip while training. That is the tool you need to go with: The Suples Fit Ball!

From all of the Suples tools that we have in our Suples store, the Suples Fit Ball is the cardio tool I will recommend. “THIS TOOL WILL MELT YOUR FAT LIKE A SNOWBALL IN THE OVEN”, It will get your heart rate up more than any of our other tools, it will give you a lot of different variety of dynamic movements – Slams, Jumps, Swings, Spins and all the intensity that you need and mainly will make you sweat.
The ability to do slams on our Suples Fit Ball gives us a great core and leg muscular endurance work out. Once you mix the Dynamic movements on the Suples Fit Ball with the Slams, the Cardio effect it’s unbelievable. Those powerful Slams will mess up your breathing by only doing 5-10 reps.
It could be a challenge to be able to continue moving the bag around after performing these slams (which only weighs 9lbs, but the conditioning effect is guaranteed.
At Suples we are challenged by training tools. Each new tool brings us more fun to our functional training.
The Suples Fit Ball is our new born, “Functional Training Baby for 2014”. Every time I bring the Balls into our Suples Gyms our young wrestling team members and our fitness members grab the Suples Fit Balls for a few minutes before class to practice the movements. Great warm up, a lots of fun and great effect when comes to Serious Training.
Suples Fit Ball is very simple tool when comes to setting it up for training. As every other new training the biggest challenge is to learn the movements and then to master them. As a creator of the Suples Fit ball I think I move the ball pretty good but believe me I am not a genius. I just have had more time training with it and also with the Bulgarian Bag.
For the last few months since I start showing it to the kids at our wrestling club and to our fitness members I can tell that any athlete of any age or fitness level can learn how to move the Suples Fit Ball.
Once you learn the movements and few variations of Slams then comes the next challenge: How fast can you move the ball and how long can you last moving, swinging, spinning and slamming it.
For those who already have trained enough with the Bulgarian Bags it will be easier to move to the Suples Fit Ball and add more Speed and Intensity to their training.
