A second pulley? Much more fun!
The second pulley still enables the free motion of the main rope through both pulleys. The instability principle of training with a pulley (suspended pulley training) stays intact. The second pulley increases the effectiveness of sling training, requiring more coordination and more strength than with static ropes or a single pulley. The aeroSling® Slingtrainer ExpPack can be attached to the second anchor sling and is freely adjustable in height and in distance from the first pulley. Height differences are automatically leveled out.
