Product Description
Astronauts, preparing for space Shuttle flights, top athletes, physical therapists, keen on optimizing knee rehab programs, and coaches including e.g., basketball legend Ivan Duncan, seeking to substitute the barbell squat in players +7 ft tall – were instrumental in designing the nHANCE™ Leg Press.
Proven to be a viable and important rehab tool, one study reporting on the efficacy of 6 week nHANCE™ Leg Press training to treat athletes with chronic patellar tendinopathy, showed improved eccentric muscle function and reduced pain.

I must say I am most impressed with the Leg Press! Initially when compared with the bulk of other Leg Press devices, it appears almost too compact. But the eccentric overload is unbelievable! Essentially, with a motivated trainer, every repetition can be maximal.
