The Riot weightlifting barbell has been designed with CrossFit style and functional training in mind. It has been built to weightlifting barbell specifications (220 cm olympic barbell, 28 mm shaft thickness, ring distance 910 mm) but with couple key differences: The knurling has been made slightly softer, and there is no centre knurling making repetitions with cleans and snatches better.The spring steel shaft makes it more durable when dropping from overhead, much like our other weightlifting barbells. The needle bearing sleeve technology is durable for thousands of repetitions over the years giving the sleeve a smooth spin.
