Gun-Ex quattro

The GUN-eX® Quattro provides more resistance to every movement your train.
The set includes four GUN-eX® Resistance Ropes which can be attached to the body through two wrist cuffs and two ankle-heel cuffs. The other ends of the ropes can be anchored to a fixed object like for example a tree, wall bars of a door by a universal anchor strap.

The ropes are available in two different forces:
– GUN-eX® Quattro 100 with tractive power maximum 100 N,
recommended for all sports enthusiasts with average fitnesslevel
– GUN-eX® Quattro 160 with tractive power maximum 160 N,
recommended for trained athletes with good power and condition
