Our Bow bar is designed to help you lift huge weights comfortably.
The “Bow” in the bar and added thickness/length help to spread the load right across your back and shoulders making it easier to handle larger weights without the bar rolling around. Unlike a Cambered or Yoke bar it won’t change the shape of the movement either.

The Cambered bar is the perfect bar for adding variety to your squats. It’s shape forces you to stay tighter in the bottom position of a squat more so than you would with a regular barbell as the center of gravity is shifted slightly forward and becomes unstable if you swing back or forward on the way up.
-
The Swiss bar, provides the facility to work with a completely neutral grip and three different grip widths for a variety of pressing and rowing exercises.
Ideal for those with shoulder problems and anyone looking to add some variety into their training.

This is one of our most popular bars and rightly so. It is a dedicated Weightlifting bar with impressive specs at a fraction of the price of branded bars.
The Sprung steel construction of the shaft means that it can handle moderate loads and will revert to its original shape once the tension has been released. This is ideal for a Weightlifting bar as the last thing you want after a big PB is to be left with a bent bar. It also gives the bar a good deal of flex and quite a lively feel.
Being a weightlifting bar it has free spinning sleeves and light knurling.

Squats: 250 kg

Needle bearings win over ball bearings because they are capable of handling larger loads without squashing or deforming. Instead of balls there are cylindrical rollers around the bearing. Compared to the brass bushings these bearings will give you a more free spinning sleeve on your bar.
