What is Spartan?
In Spartan we hold only pass in the so-called functional training. We are a gym guaranteed free from boring machines! We are working with free weights in different forms such as kettlebells, Sandbags, rubber bands, and bags filled with water.
The training is tough, effective and KILLING! It is suitable for everyone because the intensity and importance adapted to the individual.
We have kettlebellpass, Sparta Pass (Training station), mixpass with different tools, Box and self-defense.
Medlemskap i Spartan
Membership of the Spartan gives you access to all classes except CrossFit. The number of members is limited to 200 and an annual pass costs 3900 kr.
You also get a tag so you can practice on your own until nine in the evening and seven in the morning.
Spartan Coaches - a place where certified coaches can have their training locations and upcoming workshops and where people can find a certified instructor close to them.
