The training is divided into different blocks where you rate in each block

We look at the quality and performance both in terms of technology but also how to teach and coach others.

In o by registering for certification, you will be informed of what will be required of you to become an approved Spartan coach. You also have the opportunity to use us as coaches until the certification so that technology and indeed sitting.. The better prepared you are, the more you'll get out of training.

Basic requirements. Having gone Spartan KB level 2.. earliest 4-6 months before.

We will work with GS, SPP and GPP and provide you with a wealth of additional exercises and applications in order to be a good coach.

KB CAC is also a must to be able to walk KB level 3
