This wooden bar is made from ash wood. The bar is lightweight and is perfect for all types of trainings. Perfectly fits with GUN-eX® Resistance Ropes for more advanced movements. For strength training and for sport specific movements.
Length is 1 m and it has 3 attachment points for a lot of variability.
