Hi-Temp Bumper Plates are well known special bumper plates from the USA.
These plates are made from recycled rubber with a ca. 5 cm stainless steel sleeve in the centre to help protect the weights and to add to the life of the plate.
They are dense but slightly softer than normal rubber bumper plates which makes them quieter when dropped on the floor.
