Below is a guide to the various Olympic Bars we offer. We have rated the knurling from 1-5 (1 being soft and 5 being very sharp/aggressive), as well as the spin in the sleeves (1 being very little spin, ideal for powerlifting, and 5 being very free spin, more suitable for Olympic lifting).

Olympic Bar Black Oxide CoatedAn ideal entry level bar with a 28 mm shaft which is rare on lower priced bars. Whilst this is a great budget bar for Olympic lifting, we do not recommend dropping it from overhead on a regular basis.
